Hey there! I'm Sarah - I am the proud owner of Small Changes Health and Wellness Coaching LLC, where I specializes in working with moms who grew up in diet obsessed homes take a more balanced approach to health and wellness for themsevles and their family. I am also the author of the Confidently Me! evidence based K-5 curriculum.

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Certified K-5 teacher in the state of New Jersey, a National Board Certified Health Coach and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Certified Barre Instructor, and have completed the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Program. I also has extensive training in maternal mental health and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I live in New Jersey with my husband, son, and two cats.
